Who made these MP3s?

1) They’re CBR. They ought to be VBR. This would have saved space and
made for more consistent sound quality.
2) They were made using an alpha version of LAME 3.97. The stable
version should have been used. It’s newer, and as implied by the
“stable” designation, it’s stable.

If these were made by an insider at the studio, then I feel sorry for
them. Not because somebody is obviously stealing from them, but because
the “professionals” they employ don’t know what they’re doing.
