Actually it does. Adobe doesn't ship the packages over seas. They make them
there, plus there is the language conversions, etc. So if you have 1/10th
the marketshare you have to charge more to recoupe the cost of the all of
this. This is from a post from someone at Adobe on their forums.
Personally, I think they would get a larger market if the price was lower.
Again it is a catch 22, like it or not.
