Dickhead alert!!!!!!!!!!
He helps many of us out that post in aus.dvd and here in this group.
Sure he has a support page where his customers can download drivers
and extra support. Bought a pioneer 212 from him yesterday for $35 and
bought two spindles of media from him. Col gave me his salesmart dvd
and access to the support pages which is full of help and has many
freeware/shareware programs for authoring.
Its the second time I have bought from salesmart. The first time was
five months ago. He emailed me a few days after I bought some of his
dvd blanks to see how I was going and then again a month later. Not to
many give a toss after a sale, but Col surely looks after me. I've
even emailed him on help with my ex85 panny recorder which I purchased
from retro vision and he's emailed me with his step by step
instructions with images on how to divide videos and how to connect it
up via foxtel.
I am happy to recommend Col of salesmart to all my friends and
collegues at work.
If more stores took the time Col does then shopping would be a much
happier experience. To many stores push sales and then leave ya in the
lurch when things go horribly wrong.
Cheers Peter.
