Anyway, for the comprehension-challenged, the quesiotn was "Can you take a
camcorder on an aircraft and shoot video?"

The answer is "Yes". Though you will have to be wise about what video you
take. Try to get video of the cockpit under any circumstances, or people
without their permission and you will draw attention to yourself and might
find yourself being asked questions by the crew and/or an Air Marshall.
