hI! First time here, hello!

Do anybody know how to burn a Dvd so that it has an encryption on itself,
like a password or something, a good kind of a password-protection.
Some fellow has recomended win rar to me, but i'm not so good with this
program, e.g. do i have to unpack this rar program onto dvd or firstly
protect the files and then move onto dvd or something else. I'm considering
the best option but yet don't have a clue how to do it!?

Moreover i would like to over-burn some files, cause the Dvd has 4.7 Gb data
store, and only 500mb is filled. Is it possible to overburn some files
afterwords, or i must adjust some thing before the main burning, which?
what?
