Is running double-system sound worth it for your situation?
Double-system sound (recording sound on a separate sound
recorder) is still the standard of the industry for high-budget film
and eposodic-TV production, even when shooting on high-end
camcorders. At least that seems to be the consensus over on
news:rec.arts.movies.production.sound
