Just turned the computer back on and there was an incomplete avi file ready
to resume downloading. After a few minutes I looked at the screen and under
the "Status" category there was an entry which said:

"1. File Error> (11) "A sharing violation occurred while accessing
C:\Documents and Settings\al\My Documents\My Music\ (file name)"

I've never encountered anything like that before. What does that mean?
