I agree.. I live in Dallas the we have a netflix distribution
center right next to us.
The average roundtrip time for a movie (drop in the morning, receive
replacement the day after tomorrow) have dropped from ~3 days to well
over 7 or 8 days.

They now also seem to receive all my movies, NOT ackowledge
receiving them until all 6 (yes, I've been forced to upgrade to 6
movies at a time due to their ever degrading service) are with them,
and then shipping ALL OF THEM at once. In addition to the obvious
delay, this will ALSO screw up the flow of my queue resulting in me
averageing less and less DVDs per month, and staying a long time
"DVD-less".

And I agree with the comments that their service seem to varry by
how long you've been with them. I might sound paranoid, but I'm really
starting to doubt that they have some kind of tracking software that
tracks "loyal" customers who became dependent on them, and starts
automatically managing their DVD hold & release times in order to
gradually reduce their service (which probably translates to having to
maintain less DVD inventory, and less shipping charges.. i.e more
profit).

I've been perfectly happy with 3-DVDs at a time service, found
myself having to gradually pay more until now I'm on 6-DVDs at a time,
and still I haven't had any DVDs at home since Saturday (I expect the
"batch" to arrive tomorrow).

THIS IS POSITIVELY MY LAST MONTH WITH THEM
SCREW YOU NETFLIX!!
