Hi,
I recently purchased an iPod and created a library on my desktop PC. I
created a 'favorites' playlist and moved it to the iPod with only a
minimum amount of trouble.

I've obtained a laptop and installed iTunes. I purchased a bunch of
songs and put them in a playlist called 'favorites'. I set 'share
playlist' and 'purchased songs' to true thinking this would allow me
to move the songs from the laptop to the iPod. Instead ALL of the
songs on the iPod were wiped out and it still won't let me move
anything from the laptop to the iPod.

Is there a way out of this or should I throw this thing out and buy an
MP player that is easier to use?
If I can't get the newly purchased songs off of the laptop onto the
iPod, can I get my money back?
