....OHHHHhhh! 0.0
I think I understand the confusion now--We all wondered why you keep
posting here, but think we can clear up the misunderstanding:

Y'see, guess what apparently happened is, you think we're being mean to
you because we must support HD-DVD, or some such!
Well, I mean, there's your problem right there: Apart from the large
section of non-gamer a.v.dvd posters who couldn't care less, those who
actually DO show an interest in the format are supporting their choice...
The reason we like being mean to you is, you're a blithering idiot who
deliberately blithers *louder* when he pretend not to understand why the
entire group lines up daily to kick him in the crotch, and good gad,
those're the dullest types of posters on Internet.

I, myself, am fully behind Blu-Ray (once we can actually get the damn
things to work like they're supposed to, half a year from now, or
probably early into 2008), but, well, even that burgeoning format
curiosity's just not as personally SATISFYING as lining up to deliver
that iron boot to the gamer-idiot's golf balls just for recreation.
(Although it's kind of poignant now, now that the gamers have been
written out of the hardware-price equation and have about as much
relevance as our resident PSP supporter, but there's already far too
much backdated deficit of nutcracking for the fun to go out of it
anytime soon...)

Hypocritical?--Nah. It's just good clean fun, and helps rid a little
more blithering from the world.
It builds character: In the conscience of Man, there is that element
called "Pride", that makes us take our lumps, rise up bruised and
bloodied, and give up and go elsewhere for our own good--This is what
distinguishes the dignity of thinking Man from the mindless tenacity of
the inflatable Boppo the Clown punching bag.
Think of it as a learning experience, and walk away the better for it.
Just...be sure to walk carefully. :)
