You are right, but that is still a bit strange since NF lost that
class action lawsuit for throttling.

I believe the direction this is going is to stream content to your
hard drive and then network it to a player connected to the TV, like
GoVideo.

Remember that NF picked up all those WalMart DVD renters.
It is interesting to note that this latest round of throttling, the
one that is the worst ever, came right after NF began offering larger
allotments for more money. IOW, if throttling causes you pain, just
cough up more money and NF will ship you more discs.
Damn nice of them, isn't it.
