I mean if they are not labeled as miniDV then don't bother getting them.
Regular DVC are about twice the size.
And if you are serious about shooting quality video then do NOT get lower
grade ones. After using a few Sony "Premium" tapes I learned my lesson. You
can buy those at Best Buy for about $15 for a pack of 3 or 4. I personally
buy the Sony Excellence.
I bought about 50 of them 2 years ago for about $7 a piece online. In Best
Buy there were selling nearly double that price.

You can also get the IC Excellence tapes which cost even more, that add a
memory chip for compatible cameras that allow you to add in chapter or index
points to make editing easier.
