I no longer use it but when I did I used 92 db as the norm. IIRC,
there was a setting that would NOT set to norm if doing so resulted in
clipping.

If the downloaded track already has clipping, there is absolutely
nothing you can do about it. Which does not give one license to add
clipping to unclipped areas.
