Post info pointing to your video in as many places as possible. Do you
have a personal website? Post info on, and a link to, your YouTube
video there (which you're probably doing already). Do this on all your
pages that you can. Do you have a myspace page? A yahoo profile? ICQ?
Anything that you can list the url to your video on, list it. That's
the best suggestion I can think of.

Also, word of mouth. Have your friends post links to your video and
tell other people about it. Find websites that deal with the subject
matter of your video and see if they'll post a link to it.

Just relying on people stumbling across a video on YouTube doesn't do
very much.
