i'm mastering some video to appear on an enhanced audio CD. i'm
wondering how big the video files can be, and still playback smoothly
on most modern computer CD-ROM drives. i'd like to use H.264 quicktime
compression. i made a test video at the size and quality i'd really
like...the file size is 60.1 MB, the frame size is 400 x 225, and the
data rate is 3186.64 kbits/s. will that play smoothly on most modern
CD-ROM drives? i'm having trouble finding (recent) info online about
this topic of compressing video for smooth enhanced audio CD playback.
