I've found it too, in the past. You had to click Help and do a search, then
the email option appeared. I can still get a page entitled "Email" to appear
if I search for "suggestion", but it is inactive - the usual form boxes to
type some text and send the email do not appear. The question is whether
it's still available in general, or are they now disallowing it for certain
subscribers who ask too many questions, or is there a temporary website
problem, etc.
