Soundforge ;)
Starting at the beginning, place markers at each split point (press m).
Special Menu - Regions List - Markers to Regions.
Tools Menu - Extract Regions.
Very quick.
Be warned, converting the wavs to mp3s will cause approx 10 millisecond
gaps between each track. This is only a problem when the music flows from
one track into the next. Unless the Archos supports gapless playback of
mp3s?
