I'm going to give them one more chance (no choice, as I paid for Clarkson
with a e-voucher, which has been reissued to me)

If the 4th in a row fails to be dispatched...then it's a formal complaint to
somewhere - as in my eyes, its taking money under false pretences (e-voucher
or no e-voucher).
