Larry, Just basing it on the S. Dean Miles book and audio guys at
RAMPS. One guy pointed out he rolls with a 15 footer, but can then
add an additional cabling in between when necessary. Flexibility
seems to be a decent reason to consider such (the downside is great
chance for error). A mental balancing act, like many things in the
production business.
