Can you network them? THat is how I move mine about and it will allow
me to play them on up to 5 different machines, but i only use 2. I am
not that the 2 different window systems should have any part of it,
should still work. i have itunes installed on both my laptop and pc
and it recognises the new music i got from either computer too. it is
strange you are only getting the file name..
