I need some 2D or 3D animated video background or foreground from time to
time, like those preceding evening news on TV.
I don't want to buy pre-made clips because they seldom fit the theme I want.

On the other hand, I don't want to draw 3d objects and animate them into a
video background from scratch.
Is there some do-it-yourself solution in between these two approaches?
