Most any hard disk with the same interface (parallel ATA) and the same or
larger capacity will work as long as it does not draw too much power and
thus generate more heat than the unit's very limited cooling can handle.
Check the +12V and +5v current draw on the existing HDD's label and try
to find a drive that doesn't need much more than that.

Note that a larger disk's extra capacity will be wasted.
