3200 Sq foot rambler 6 bedroom, 3 bath (1/2 acre, ya got me bettered on that
one mike!) Bought for $197,000 , now appraised at $250,000 in less than a
year.

Paid off $100,000 in one year due to a family member leaving us money in will,
then the house appraised for $50000 more . So in 1 year, i have $150000 in
equity, NNIICCCEEE!!!!!
