The ultimate in corporate manipulation: persuade your customers that not
only should they pay for your product, but they should also compete with
each other to persuade others to pay for your product. How about if we
consumers have a contest, open to all corporations: produce a desirable
product and we'll eat it. Free. While we're at it, let's have a war:
and you wonderful kids get to volunteer... It's an exciting opportunity
to see the world and, if you come back alive, we'll give you a nice
shiny medal and a parade....
