Ok, well the question boils down to: Are these MPEG4 cameras of sufficiently
good quality? I hope someone else can chip in with a word from actual
experience - I did find a short clip made with the Toshiba Camileo:

The quality is variable but some sections seem perfectly good enough for
Utube - and if you shoot at 640x480 and avoid the 320 setting, plus use of a
tripod - even under decent lighting conditions - you may get what you're
looking for.

?97 plus IVA isn't a bad price at all - perhaps Optize will do you a deal
where you try one out with the understanding that if they are what you need
you will buy a bulk quantity. If not they will take it back. It's worth
asking their sales dept. They are very good when it comes to service,
delivery and returns; but I've never asked them to take back an item because
"I don't like it"!
