Get a Chinese contact for assistance with permits, rentals, etc., if
required. That's always the best way, rather than trying to "go it alone."
You can start with this guy, Stevie Ng. He's based in Singapore, but works
all over China. Stevie has all the contacts, including government types.
I've worked with him in Shanghai and can vouch for his ability and honesty.
A real good guy. Stevie's English is perfect. Tell him I sent you.
