A quick lookup on the web indicated the Dell dj20 supports ID3 tag data.
In this case it will most likely ignore windows folder and filenames and
use the ID3 data unless this is missing in which case it will probably
default to filename order.
If you let the mouse hover over the windows explorer filename the ID3
data should display.
For a better look and to change or add use the free utility mp3tag. This
will let you sort by almost anything and rewrite the tag data. Play with
it and some experimentation should let you do what you want. I would
advise making changes on copies since most times the ID3 data is the way
you would want it most of the time. You wouldn't want to play a symphony
or opera in random order (well most of us wouldn't).
