And you're missing the point. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere
about the value of Netflix. I wasn't talking about comparing it how
much you'd pay at the local video store or other online services. My
point is about them lying about what they do. I don't care what the
'value" is.
They make one claim and do something else. Whether it's still a better
"value" or not is not the point of this thread. Whether other
companies also lie about what they do has nothign to do with this
discussion either. It's one of my pet peeves in fact, when someone or
something does something mischievious and someone else says "yeah, but
everyone else does this" (like the steroids argument "everyone else
does it so it's okay for Bonds to do it"). That argument drives me
nuts. It's the worst excuse ever.
