The Panasonic for some reason requires the LONG center conductor RCA
plugs & will not work with this cheap RCA twin Y to Stereo mini plug
adapter cable. Wierd, but issue solved!
InterVideo DVD Player program is *not* part of Win2000 but was added
to the new replacement harddrive when they refurbed this T-23
Thinkpad. Thanx guys!
I suspect that my French DVDs boxed in "zone 2" cases might actually
be "zone 0"- no zone- discs since what do they care, they want
universal useability. Besides, the zone restrictions originally were
to restrict useage of *newly issued movies* and not reissues of old
VHS releases. I'd like to get my hands on a genuine zone 2 disc.
