I use a Sony DCR-DVD camcorder and it is excellent for weekly
productions because we can edit on the fly and do not have to do 'post
production.'

"Quality" is a matter of personal opinion and depends on many things.

Look on the front behind the little bezel and you should find it.

I have had good results from the Sony helpline, but I always double check.
