Er... you can rip CD tracks to MP3 file format with iTunes, these WILL
also play through iTunes and be synced with your iPod and play on that
too.
Of course, Apple might prefer you to use AAC format, but an iPod plays
MP3's. This is a FACT! Instead of wanting written data, why don't you
actually try it out?!! You can also download MP3's from online sites like
Amazon.com, 7Digital, etc,.. and play these via iTunes or on your iPod
Nano.
