Can anyone suggest me software for Audio editing on WindowsXP

That has the following features :

1. is a FREE software
2. can edit pitch without changing tempo
3. can play directly from and change pitch ( like karaoke) and also
save the modified file on disk

I tried AUDACITY ( doesnt satisfy 2 above ) . Tried WINAMP ( doesnt
satisfy #3) . Some others ( doesnt satisfy #1)
