I have no clue what that has to do with your original question.

Not clear why you are converting WAV to "96-bit WMA" when
you can do what you are asking for with the WAV file?

Still not clear why you can't just convert your WMA to WAV
and use VirtualDub to accomplish what you are asking?

Don't hold your breath for an application that will take ANYTHING
You will likely need to convert either the audio or video to some
compatible format to "merge" them.

Still not clear why you can't just use an NLE and just drop your
video and audio files into the timeline?
