Download a bittorrent client ( I use Bitlord and Bit Comet [better])
gooogle "torrent <program name>" and download.

Good websites include www.xTVi.com, www.tvtorrents.com, ww.torrentspy.com

I managed to get old episodes of sapphire and steel!
