Well, I am finding files I want on both the WPN, and OpenNaps.
But I find that initiating a connection to a peer on an OpenNap
server, much less maintaining it, is really pretty iffy.
Plus, on the OpenNap servers I'm finding a lot of users with
thousands of files (in my queue) who've been on for hundreds of
hours, yet have either no uploads happening, or no transfers at
all. So I'm not convinced OpenNap is much better than the WPN -
I might be able to find a rare file but my chances of getting it
are almost nil.
Thanks much for your reply. I wonder - do you think for OpenNap
use, WimMX 2.6 is better than the later releases? Maybe it's
something I should check out.
