Hello! I am new to the area of video production, and am looking at getting
into some low budget short films.

While I have some of the backend software (Adobe Premiere for editing), I
was wondering if anyone has any advice on cameras (model, brand, etc) that I
should look at.

Not sure what the budget should be for a good quality camera. Not sure if I
am interested in shooting HD right now, but if I said the range was about
$800 - $2500 for the camera, what would that get me? Should I consider
more?
