There is no such thing, for the simple reason that no one can make
money on it. About the closest you can come is the subscription services:

In addition to the services on this list the Zune Marketplace rents music
for $15/month.

The services you see offering legal unlimited downloads are scams. What
you get is a P2P program you could have gotten for free and the downloads of
copyright protected material are NOT legal in the United States despite
their claims.
