Hi Kim,

They left a message on my ansaphone. I was suspicious and rung the Customer
Services for the CC company directly. They confirmed that the call was
genuine and passed me through to the Fraud Department.

Definitely a case of credit card fraud I'm afraid. Given that I had rarely
used the card, I'm convinced that the details could only have been
compromised through Play.com or Handango.com.
