51% in 2004 if you noticed that particular article. There's been a lot
of upgrading since over 3 years. So, it's more like 70% now. But
either way.. critical mass is pass 50% now.

Huh? ISDN is considered broadband because it's over the 56K mark.
Simple as that.

I only have 600-700MB download, and I have no trouble watching sites
like DivX.com in full screen mode as well as Hula, or ABC.com too.
