Does one know if there are Blu-Ray players available that can play all
regions and PAL/NTSC discs?
With PCs that can play Blu-Ray discs, is there software such as VLC
that can make it multi-region? Most PCs allow you to switch regions
about only six times.

As for non-high-definition players, most Philips players can be hacked
with a remote code as well the less expensive brands such and
Durabrand and Coby.
