If I understood that answer correctly, a VIDEO_TS burned as "data" has the
exact files as a VIDEO_TS burned as "DVD" ... but a VIDEO_TS burned as
"data" might have a different "order" of the files than a VIDEO_TS burned
as "DVD".

Is the file "order" the distinction between a VIDEO_TS folder burned as
"data" versus a VIDEO_TS folder burned as "DVD"?
