No video store has a policy against talking to the customer about a movie.
This guy was probably being friendly and telling you things that he enjoyed
about the movie. I have seen worse. Like the guy that worked at our local
multi-plex who was complaining to openning night crowds about the ending of
the Sixth Sense and telling them the ending.
