Christmas Eve 2007
I've been warned three times by my trusty snooping ISP, Comcrap, for
downloading software once, movies twice. I was using Shareaza(.....I know I
know...). I've stayed off the OpenNap, my home.... I have a collection of
97% albw's built since 1999, 25% 320 bitrate about the same 256's. I want to
connect up again. It's the holidays..the best time to share. Will Peer
Guardian Help Protect me at all now? ISP are watching bandwidth usage. I use
port switching frequently Someone like me stands out immediately. How can I
share my files safely? I hate to let the Bastards win. My .Mp3 collection is
primarily Bootlegs and concerts, and collectors CD's and complete collection
of commercials of classic rock.
I use MX 3.53, using only the OpenNap. How safe?
Please no wise crack answers. I'm a serious collector that wants to share.
Thanks
FellSwoop
