There is no better alternative available to us at home and
in the office than the original digital tapes from the camcorder
(or dubbed back from hard drive).

For that matter there appears to be no better alternative
available to Fortune 1000 companies to backup and archive
their most valuable corporate data. Digital tape. Until
something better comes along. Still waiting.
