This may be true (i haven't checked), but i'm just referring to the
statement that illegality => no usenet group, which is patently false.

I think one problem is that most of the people asking these questions
tend to be newbies to usenet and so don't even really know where to
poast these questions. av.dvdr looks to be a much better place. OR
they should really look at places like Doom9 or digital-digest.
