I tried it on a disposable XP install*, virtually nothing seemed to
work including screen recording, and no idea where the broadcast
camera image was actually broadcasting to (other cam / chat programs
couldn't see the new camera splitter)
Apart from the ethics of recording other users images with/without
their permission (and depending on the site this may be specifically
forbidden under any circumstances) you might try the old camtasia
instead as mentioned here :

* Because I sometimes setup test systems which I can zap and rebuild
as required from a cloned disk image. This program has a license which
states they install adware and other programs on the PC in addition to
the not-really-working software provided. That's how they pay for it.
The capture driver itself came from China, not normally a place I
think of as providing virus free software. You may now wish to run a
Virus scan on that PC as well as something like windows defender, to
ensure your PC is relatively cleaned of crapware.
