Yep, but it is a really good looking door-stop! <G>
Seriously, there is nothing wrong with it, it works just like a new one
out of the box. But I have a nice HT setup and wanted TrueHD NOW and
faster disk loading. Neither of which are going to happen to the S300.
Here's my HT setup :
JVC D-iLA 61" HDTV
Bunch of really good speakers, I won't mention brand 'cause others here
don't agree...
PS3
HDA2
My receivers (that's right, receivers!) are setup up as my
'procrastinators delight' as I was a bit slow on returning.
Yamaha RX-V661 as pre-processor to the HK AVR247 via 7.1 multi-channel
out, both the HDA2 and PS3 are hooked to this. Out to TV via HDMI switch
Harman-Kardon AVR247 receiver. Sat HD-DVR and Sony DVD changer hooked
to this as are the speakers.
So I get the full 7.1 LPCM and the ability to layer IIx over 5.1 LPCM
AND the wonderful HK sound.
