Just purchased a DSR-250 camera and it has a memory stick port to
record pictures. I purchased a memory stick pro duo with the adapter
and though it clicks in and the camera recognizes it, it comes up with
"Memory Card Error" as soon as i put the card in or try to format it
or anything. Are the Memory stick Pro duo's compatible with memory
stick devices? The last size that it states in the manual is a 64mb
memory stick. I purchased a 1GB stick which is the smallest i could
find.

Could there be something i am doing wrong or are the different
versions of memory stick not backwards compatible?
