Yes. It exists. Although it is not quite a laptop, it is a shoebox size
device.
Input cameras, switch, overlay grfx, use the live screen capture of another
computer as an input, roll b roll off of drive, send to external HD,
projectors, vid out and stream all at the same time.
It's called the Tricaster by Newtek.

There is also the Sony Anycast. Which is closer to laptop size, is missing
some features of the tricaster, but has some the TC doesn't. It is however
also quite a bit more expensive but does HD with the correct modules.
