You could try converting them to mpg (or mp3) with the free Riva
FLV Encoder. Just remember they'll look horrible if you try to
view them in a regular media player. But they should still look
relatively OK in very small screen. If you're trying to get mp3s
from them, make sure you adjust the settings within the software
for standard mp3 for use on an ipod, unless ipods can handle tiny
bit rate mp3s.
